What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I clean my KAVU Rope Bag?

To maintain the integrity of the fabric and rope, we recommend spot cleaning with cold water and mild soap. Air dry only; do not put your bag in the dryer.
